I didn't answer the daily question through Roca but I would like to answer it here. I am 26 years old and am currently on the hunt for a house to buy. At the moment the market is awful for both sellers and buyers. So there aren't many options. But something that I have come to realize is that I need to think outside the box and lower my expectations. On the thinking outside the box side I was researching turnkey houses to see if that could be a potential good option. Ultimately I decided not to go that direction because of all the site preparation costs. But it could be a good option for someone else. On the lowering expectations side you might have to get a smaller or less nice house than you want. You may have to buy outside the area that you would like to be in. Also, the point on houses getting more expensive compared to pay. I would ask the question of if our starter home expectations have gone up so the price also goes up. In the end I am also praying about it and waiting on God's timing to bring about the right opportunity.
